i finally finished potter on friday. Took me 2 days. coz i effectively only started on wed as i got the book on tues night and i still have another book to finish that night.
wow! i must say that i am so impressed with rowling this time. This book is such a far cry from the order of phoenix. I love it so much... I was so carried away by the book that i was beginning to imagine myself in the story and i freak out when i walk alone outside at night coz i was afraid that the Death Eaters might jus appear out of nowhere.
The only bad thing about the book is that Dumbledore died. Killed by Snape, someone he really trusted. Dumbledore is the Headmaster of Hogwarts, the school of magic that Harry goes to. OMG.. i was so sad.. felt like crying also. After having read all the other books, I am beginning to like and respect Dumbledore. I felt like i could really relate to him. Sometimes i really envy Harry for having someone who's so nice and wise to guide him along. sigh....
I am really looking forward to the last book. I cannot wait to see how Harry is going to destroy Voldemort without Dumbledore's guidance. I guess it will be very exciting. Hope that it will not be too disappointing.
I would advise all who wants to read this book to read the previous few books first. If not you might get confused coz rowling kept refering to events which happened in the past. But i can really assure you that you will enjoy the story a lot. Its funny, touching and trilling.
