sigh... i spoilt at $3000 FPLC column today.. i am so upset.. i felt so guilty lah. sigh.. i feel as if i haven helped with anything and all i did was to keep spoiling things. My protein clogged the last Ni-NTA column and we spent 3 days washing it. Now i spoilt the FPLC column coz i allowed the solution to run dry. sigh.... i think i dun want to go back after FYP liao. Plus someone else is coming to work on my protein so i think i can go. at least i will not 越帮越忙.
and thesis submission in 9 days. Dr Liang just gave me more stuff to analyse and do. wah lau.. damn it lah.. i dun even know how to use phymol. oh gosh... and got hell lots of stuff to write. shit shit shit shit...............
