Thesis is due next friday and i have yet to start typing anything! owww... but i dunno how to type. Can anyone help me by finding protocols for cloning and protein expression and purification using Nickel-NTA column? sigh... stressed eh...
And yesterday i received a call from maersk. At first i thought they called me to go down for interview leh, den the lady asked me to go down to re-take my reasoning test coz she said the difference between the 2 tests are too different. haha.. i bet the 2nd one is better. But anyway, i went down for the test at their office today. Walking into the lift of such an office building reminds me of YM days. Aww.. i really wish i can get into this programme.
Anyway, the test today seems easier. Or was it because i was better prepared for the questions that were going to come out? I managed to read all the way to the last question and out of which, i managed to complete 47. An improvement from the last 2 tests. But hor, as i looked back at the questions, i realised that i know how to solve 2 out of the 3 i dunno how to do (i did not bother to try the last question coz i cannot rmb liao.. haha.. ) and i also realised that out of the 47 i did, i already had a mistake liao.. sian.. haha...
pray for the best...
but before that i have to make sure i get started on my thesis. i actually spent my nights at home working on a totally not so impt project.. kill me.. ...
