i went for 4D's annual class gathering on 22nd Feb 07 . Pretty pleased with the attendance even though it was disappointed to know that there are some of us who cannot make it for the gathering. Anyway, i am so glad to see so many of my classmates after a year. =)
One thing i really love about organising 4D's gathering is that most people always try to make time for the gathering. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we only meet once a year so everyone treasures the gathering a lot. Another thing is that we always have lotsa laughter. haha.. thanks to ju, nat and poh who always bring life to the class. The last thing i really love about our class gathering is that we try to make it at somewhere quiet. So at least we can talk to each other properly without having to scream. And the best part is that you get to talk to everyone and not talk within your clique. Somehow or another, gatherings always end up sitting in circles. wonderful. I love you guys!
To those who cannot come, including Liyong who could not even make it for web gathering coz he fell asleep. *haha* do not fret, we have another gathering in less than 12 months. =)
As usual, what is a gathering without food, photos and games? We had wonderful canadian pizza, and nice other nice food that's courtesy of qing's parents and sisters. Not to forget, we had the most important food, which is our yu sheng. I am always very surprised by how we can always finish the yu sheng no matter what we had for dinner. Bravo. =) This year's yu sheng came from our all-time favourite stall, the noodles house which used to be at JEC but has since moved to Taman Jurong. However, comparing this year's yu sheng with last year's yu sheng, i think that ichiban's yu sheng is actually nicer. I am sure we will have many more class gatherings to come so we can continue searching for more good yu sheng.
To end off the night, we played our favourite zhong ji mi ma, which turns out to be a sabotage session. The victim of the night: Poh (as usual). However, this year, poor Alvin got himself into pretty big trouble too. haha...
the first few rounds were nothing much. boring. until the round that we were supposed to sabo poh. Poor him.. he had to drink up a concoction of green bean soup plus chili. Since the next round he was the master, poor Alvin also had to drink up with him. here's the wonderful drink and the bottoms up of the warriors. =)
The next round, Alvin was the game master and he did a major mistake. He offered to drink up the new concoction (green beans, chili powder and coke. ew.... ) if no one gets the correct number in the first round. wahaha... so end up everyone guess all the real safe numbers and poor alvin has to drink up alone. i wonder how was his stomack today. here's evidence of the act and the new yucky drink.
Last but not least, how can we not take photos? All cheers to qingqing who stays in a big terrace, we get to use the stairs to take a wonderful photo. Presenting to you.. all the 15 who came for gathering. Comparing to our sec4 photos. Most people do change quite a bit right?

On a side note, i really love qingqing's house. It has a big garden, had a nice big and tall living room. The best part about her place is that every room comes with an adjoining bathroom. Wow!!
